Hi, I'm Ricky

I grew up in Carmel Valley, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe, and I graduated from Torrey Pines High School. North County isn't just where I work. It's where I grew up, went to school, and still spend my weekends.

That background is my biggest advantage for clients. When you ask me what a street is like at school drop-off, which villages carry Mello-Roos, or why two homes a block apart sold for very different prices, I can tell you from experience.

I'm the youngest of five and the only boy, so negotiating comes naturally. When I'm not showing homes, you'll find me cooking for friends or out on a golf course.
